As a Vice President of the Federation of Omi Student Union, it is both an honor and a responsibility to document the giants whose shoulders we stand on. FOSU did not become the strong and united body it is today by accident. It was built, year after year, by visionary men and women who served as President and chose service over self.

"The Pillar of FOSU": Honoring the Past Presidents of the Federation of Omi Student Union", is a way of celebrating their sacrifices, recording their achievements, and reminding the current generation of Omi Students that leadership is about legacy. May their stories inspire us to continue building FOSU together.

1. Barr. Akinyelure Bamidele    2000

Achievement: Federation of Omi Student was called "NALS" and it was established by Barr. Dele Akinyelure as NALS President then before the Students Union was changed to "FOSU" Federation of Student Union 

2. Comr. Segbemi Ilemobayo   2003/2004

He was the Pioneer Executives President of FOSU. 

Achievement:

31st Dec, 2004. First Rag Day was organized round the Ode-Omi to create awareness to Student in Higher Institution
